Returns

• Only unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Opened/used items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
